Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Casserole

Good morning and Happy Monday! Today's post will feature one of my favorite breakfast meals! Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast casserole. It's so easy to make and a quick breakfast for those of us too busy or too lazy to make breakfast everyday *cough, cough me* I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Recipe
6 eggs
1/4 to 1/2 c of milk (just enough to make your eggs fluffy)
1 package of breakfast sausage (your choice)
1 package of Pillsbury crescents
1 package of shredded cheddar cheese
Salt
Pepper

Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread Pillsbury crescents on the bottom of 9 x 9 inch pan (like its a crust).
Cook breakfast sausage (I season mine with black pepper and seasoning salt).
Then drain grease from sausage and set to the side.
Mix eggs with 1/4 c of milk, salt and pepper (to taste), and about 1/4 c of cheese (feel free to add more).
Spread sausage evenly on top of crescents, pour egg mixture over sausage, and top with cheese.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes covered or until it looks like mine (pictured above).

Happy Eating!

Recipe: Chicken (how ever much you like) Zucchini (how ever much you like) Squash (how ever much you like) Butter (I used about 2-3 tbsp) Soy sauce (depends on how much flavor you like but I used 2 tbsp) Olive Oil Salt Pepper Rice Cooking Instructions: Put Rice on (I used day old rice) Dice up your chicken and veggies Heat a little olive oil in a skillet pan Place chicken in pan with 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, and salt and pepper (to taste) Cook chicken all the way through and set to the side. In a separate skil...
