Teryaki Chicken Thighs

Good afternoon and Happy Wednesday! Today, we'll be serving up delicious teriyaki chicken thighs. This recipe is so simple and tastes delicious. Plus, this sauce could be put on things other than chicken. The best part? You can put in in the crock pot on low for 3-4 hours depending on the thickness of your meat. I served my teriyaki chicken with a baked sweet potato and roasted Brussels sprouts.

Recipe:
1 pack of chicken (or meat of your choice)
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1 cup of teriyaki sauce
3 tbsp. of brown sugar or honey (I used half of each)
1/4 tsp of salt

Cooking instructions:
Season meat with seasonings of your choice. (I always use black pepper and seasoning salt).
Combine all of the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce.
Then coat the chicken really well in the sauce. Then place in crocpot with the rest of the sauce.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours and serve with sides of your choice.

Happy Eating!

In a separate skil...
