Turkey Sausage and Vegetable Sheet Pan

Hi everyone and Happy Friday! Sorry, that it's been awhile since my last post. I've been busy these past few weeks and things are finally starting to settle down. Today's post is one of my favorite go to meals and it's great for meal prepping. It's a turkey sausage and vegetable sheet pan. Mine only has turkey sausage, zucchini and squash in it since that's what I had in my fridge. Feel free to use incorporate more veggies in it!

Recipe:
Sausage (your preference)
Roasting veggies (broccoli, zucchini, squash, peppers, etc.)
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Nutmeg

Cooking instructions:
Dice veggies up into quarters (I prefer quarter size)
Slice sausage
Toss veggies and sausage in olive oil
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and nutmeg (there's no exact measurements to this; just season as much or as little as you would like).
Place on a sheet pan and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
I serve my skillet over jasmine rice and a little bit of sweet chili sauce for spice.

Happy Eating :)

Recipe: Chicken (how ever much you like) Zucchini (how ever much you like) Squash (how ever much you like) Butter (I used about 2-3 tbsp) Soy sauce (depends on how much flavor you like but I used 2 tbsp) Olive Oil Salt Pepper Rice Cooking Instructions: Put Rice on (I used day old rice) Dice up your chicken and veggies Heat a little olive oil in a skillet pan Place chicken in pan with 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, and salt and pepper (to taste) Cook chicken all the way through and set to the side. In a separate skil...
