Good afternoon and Happy Friday wonderful followers! As promised, today's recipe is super easy and one of my favorite meals...beef with broccoli. Anyone who knows me knows that this is one of my favorite meals to get via take out. But why order take out when I can make it at home and it tastes twice as good? This will be getting added to my meal rotation at least twice a month. Enough of that, let's get to it! Recipe: Salt Pepper Flank Steak (thinly sliced into 2 inch pieces) 1 c of beef broth 2/3 c of soy sauce 1/3 c of brown sugar 1 tbs of sesame oil 1 tbs of minced garlic 4 c of broccoli (I prefer the florets) 2 tbs of cornstarch mixed in with 4 tbs of cold water Cooking Instructions: Season steak with salt and pepper (seasoning salt and pepper if you're like me) Place steak in crockpot with beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and garlic.
